There is something about drinking a GT’s Kombucha that just makes you feel good. If you haven’t tried them before, be warned, they are not the cheapest habit to get into. I’d suggest drinking half at a time to get two servings out of the bottle– although I find them so addicting that I usually go back for the rest.
Kombucha is a fermented tea. They come in many wonderful flavors like Gingerberry, Grape, Mango, Cranberry and many more. The health claims of this beverage range from boosting the immune system to preventing cancer. Kombucha has been consumed historically in Eastern countries, however scientific evidence is still lacking as to whether it lives up to its claims.
Personally, it makes me feel happy. I feel like my body has become somewhat accustomed to it, but I still remember the first few that I drank. I got a well-being buzz and it still provides that, although not to the same extent. Maybe I have built up a tolerance! I have heard people insist that it has done wonders for their digestion, which makes sense since it contains probiotics.
