About Me

Corinne Goff, RD, LDN

I am a Registered Dietitian and  Licensed Nutritionist living in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.  I have a BA in Psychology from Salve Regina University and a BS in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Rhode Island.  I am also an Eating Psychology Coach certified through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.

There is a clear link between the foods we eat and our health.  If you are overweight and/or struggling with a diet-related disease, the choices you have made over the years have impacted the state of your health today.  If what you’ve been doing isn’t working, perhaps it’s time to try something new.  It is never too late to change!

As a nutritionist, my mission is to help you reach your health goals by offering a personalized approach to wellness that incorporates natural foods and lifestyle changes.   I will work with you to develop realistic daily improvements that you feel comfortable with.  I believe that a focus on wholesome, nutrient-rich, real foods is the best possible way to become healthier, have more energy, decrease your risk of chronic diseases and create peace in your life.

I take a “no dieting” approach to weight loss and wellness.  Dietary restrictions simply don’t work long-term.  Lasting success is achieved through habit changes that can be maintained for life.   We will collaborate on your individualized plan consisting of nutritional and behavior modifications that will result in you achieving your personal goals.  Remember:  Nothing changes if nothing changes!

If you’re not happy with your body or your health, let me show you how your food choices are affecting your life and help you develop a game plan that will put you on the path to wellness.  Change IS possible!

My specialties include:

  • Vegetarian/vegan nutrition (although I no longer follow this way of eating, I was vegetarian/vegan for many years)
  • Gluten-free diets
  • Chronic disease management and prevention
  • Weight loss and healthy weight management
  • Digestive issues and food allergies
  • Binge eating and/or overeating
