Thanks for sharing Ann.  It&#039;s true, our childhood shapes our relationship with food and our bodies so much.  As we get older we can challenge long-held beliefs and change them if they no longer serve us.  
I find that practicing gratitude brings about peace. 🙏  Every day, feel grateful for your food and for all it does for you.  Feel grateful for your appetite which is there to remind you to nourish yourself.  Feel grateful for your body and all it does for you.   
Relax and let yourself enjoy eating to become more relaxed around food.  🧡]]></description>
