What to expect:

🥗 First Visit: Getting to Know You (60-90 minutes)

– Comprehensive Intake: In order for me to best help you I need to get to know you and the details about your eating that you are struggling with as well as learn what you’re hoping to get out of our sessions. We’ll discuss your medical history, eating habits, lifestyle, goals, history with food/dieting, any challenges you’re facing, etc.

– Personalized Plan & Actionable Steps: I will help you identify areas for change and we’ll create a strategy that feels doable and empowering– not overwhelming. You’ll leave with clear, actionable steps tailored to your needs and goals– from chronic condition management to energy enhancement and mindful eating habits.

🔄 Follow-Up Visits: Support & Adjustments (30-60 minutes)

– Progress Check-ins: Here we will discuss how you are doing with your changes. If all is going well, then great! The plan will be to maintain them and build additional goals as we go along, as necessary. If you are finding it difficult to stick with your plan, we will talk about the reasons for this and brainstorm alternatives that will work.

– Ongoing Support: I’m just a message away between visits so you’ll never feel like you’re figuring things out alone.

💡 Bonus Perks

– Meal Planning Help: If you’d like, sessions can be spent planning out your weekly meals and snacks, creating grocery lists and discovering new recipe ideas.

– Tools for Success: Food journals, meal planning guides, handouts- I will provide whatever I can to help you reach your goals.

– Insurance Coverage: Most health plans cover visits with a registered dietitian.

– Flexibility: I’m here for you from 9am to 6pm most days, with Saturday hours too! Need a different time? I’m usually able to make it work.
