We have to eat every day, so preparing our meals is a fact of life.
I totally get how overwhelming figuring out what to eat day in and day out can be! 🤯
🤔 But… What if we embraced it rather than stressed over it?

Here are a few ideas to consider for a more positive meal prep mindset:

Simplify 🔷 Don’t overthink it 🔷 Shop often 🔷 Have options on hand 🔷 Write it out on paper 🔷 Try a new recipe 🔷 Shop at a new store 🔷 Buy something different 🔷 Plan ahead 🔷 Organize your kitchen 🔷 Cook extra for tomorrow 🔷 Prep with music 🔷 Utilize your go-tos 🔷 Think balance but let go of perfection 🔷 Be flexible 🔷 Feel gratitude for having food and for all it does for us💓

    I tried making The GF Yogurt Pizza, it came out really well, I over cheesed it FYI, also think you could add a few minutes when cooking the crust or up the temp to 425…
